The Lease has been <br />revised consistent with our telephone conversation of March 4, <br />1992. Specifically, the amount of insurance required has been <br />reduced from $1,000,000 to $600,000 in Paragraph 7, and the <br />requirement that the employees of the Lessees use cash registers <br />provided by the City to account for concession sales has been <br />deleted from Paragraph 10.
