the State, the EVP System for the traffic control signal on Trunk <br />Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at County State Aid Highway No. 26 <br />(Roselawn Avenue) — McCarron Street shall become a part of Signal <br />Maintenance Agreement No. 1789 —R between Roseville and the State, <br />and part of Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 1629 —R between <br />Maplewood and the State, covering operation, revision, <br />maintenance and removal of EVP Systems by State forces at the <br />cost and expense of Roseville and Maplewood. <br />26. Upon proper execution by Roseville, Maplewood, <br />Little Canada and the State, the EVP Systems for the traffic <br />control signals on Trunk Highway No.‘49 (Rice Street) at County <br />State Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B) and at Trunk Highway No. <br />36 South Ramps shall become a part of Signal Maintenance <br />Agreement No. 1789 —R between Roseville and the State, part of <br />Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 1629 —R between Maplewood and the <br />State, and part of Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 1886 —R <br />between Little Canada and the State, covering operation, <br />revision, maintenance and removal of EVP Systems by State forces <br />at the cost and expense of Roseville, Maplewood and <br />Little Canada. <br />27.
