Hanson
City Administrator
City of Little Canada
515 E. Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
Re: Shoulder Paving Agreements
Divisions of:
Engineering
Maintenance
Mobile Equipment
Environmental Services
We are proposing road shoulder paving in 1992 in conjunction
with a recycling and overlay project on Twin Lake Boulevard
between intersections with Vadnais Boulevard. As you know, our
cost participation policy calls for municipal participation in
shoulder paving costs. The City cost share for shoulder paving
on the portion of Twin Lake Boulevard in Little Canada would be
$4,026 for 2,840 lineal feet of paving.
I have enclosed two copies of Agreements No. 92011 between the
City and the County for City cost participation. Please arrange
for execution of this agreement, if the City desires paved
shoulders on these two roads, and return both copies to me.
After completion of approvals, the City and County will each
retain one copy of the agreement. We have also proposed shoulder
paving of the portion of Twin Lake Boulevard in Vadnais Heights
to that city, also with cost participation. Please call me
if you have any questions.
Daniel G. Schacht, P.E.
Maintenance and Operations Engineer
Page 21
