Little Canada requires a conditional use permit for <br />an automobile dealers license. The subject property is zoned I- <br />1, Light Industrial. <br />ANALYSIS <br />As part of the auto repair business, rental or loaner cars are <br />needed for customer's convenience while their vehicles are being <br />repaired. In discussions with Dennis O'Connell, president of <br />Suburban Auto Body, the dealers license will be used to purchase . <br />newer cars utilizing dealer incentives and trade ins only offered <br />to dealers so that Suburban Auto Body may provide newer cars as <br />loaners at less cost to Suburban. There will be no retail sale <br />of any vehicle. <br />Currently, there are seven loaner cars which are in continuous <br />use and thus are rarely stored on site.
