Because of the increase in business, there is a need to <br />have additional parking for the Semi Trailers. Due to the fact <br />that the current number of parking spaces is inadequate, the <br />trailers have been parking in front of other trailers and at the <br />roadways. If Slumberland is able to add the additional parking <br />spaces, it would allow them to park all the trailers in an orderly <br />fashion. <br />They are also proposing to add 5 additional parking spaces for <br />passenger vehicles. This parking area is for the use of customers <br />who mainly come in on Saturdays to pick -up the furniture. <br />As you will notice on the drawings, we are relocating the 9 <br />existing trees that were installed when the existing trailer <br />parking area was built.
