The proposed structure is located in <br />the rear yard of the lot and is located 10 feet from the side lot <br />line and 25 feet from the rear lot line. Section 903.020.D.3 <br />allows accessory structures to encroach into the required rear <br />yard, but not less than 10 feet from property line. The normal <br />rear yard setback in the R -1 zone is 30 feet. <br />Height.
