DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying <br />easterly of the St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway and lying <br />southerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point <br />on the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter distant 140 feet West of its intersection with the <br />westerly right -of -way line of the St. Paul Water Works right -of <br />way; thence South 24 degrees 30 minutes East (assumed bearing of <br />North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter is <br />West) on a line hereinafter known as Line A a distance of 306 <br />feet; thence West parallel with the north line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and to a line drawn southerly <br />from a point on aformentioned Line A distant 33 feet South of the <br />north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as <br />measured at right angles thereto and said line being parallel <br />with the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter; thence South parallel with said west line a distance of <br />707.34 feet; thence West and Parallel with the north line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the.Nortnwest Quarter to the northeasterly <br />right -of -way line of St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway and <br />said point being the point of beginning of the line to be <br />described; thence East and parallel with the north line of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the east line of <br />said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and said line <br />there terminating.
