RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, has <br />determined to vacate that part of Sylvan Street lying between the end <br />of the Sylvan Street cul -de -sac and Demont Avenue. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />1. The Council will consider the vacation of such street and a <br />public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the <br />day of , 1992, before the City Council in the <br />city hall at 7:30 P.M., and the City Administrator shall give <br />published and posted notice as required by law. <br />Dated this 22nd day of July, 1992. <br />Attest: <br />Raymond G.
