MINUTES <br />ANNOUNCE- <br />MENTS <br />IMPROVEMENT. <br />HEARING <br />'RYAN DRIVE <br />INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 11, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the llth day of March, 1992 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Public Works <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Recording Sec. <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Mike Lynch <br />Mr. Dave Harris <br />Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3 -84 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEBRUARY 26, 1992 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Hanson announced that there are new recycling <br />bins available at City Hall. Residents can exchange <br />their old recycling bins for the new ones. However, <br />exchange of the old bins is not mandatory. <br />Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />improvement of streets, watermain and storm sewer <br />within Ryan Industrial Park. Hanson noted that a few <br />months ago the City received a petition signed by the <br />majority of owners within the Park requesting a street <br />Page 1 <br />Page 7 <br />
