Together with the <br />vacated portion of Lake Street, the developers are proposing a <br />resubdivision into two lots facing Park Street. Each of the two <br />lots would be 75 feet in width and 10,125 square feet in area, <br />complying with R -1 District minimums. <br />It has been City policy to accept such proposals where the new lot <br />lines are substantially similar to the former lines without <br />requiring a replat. This policy is subject to the County Recorder <br />accepting the new legal descriptions for recording. A final issue <br />is the City's formal recording of the Lake Street vacation. This <br />vacation had apparently been approved some time ago, but not <br />recorded.
