AUG 21 '92 08 :03 FREGRE \ BENSON P.2 CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED HEALTH CARE PROJECT AND ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS THEREFOR BY THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ON BEHALF OF THE PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF MINNESOTA, INC. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be conducted by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "City "), on a health care project proposed to be undertaken and financed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152 to 469.1651, as amended (the "Act "), on behalf of The Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, or a corporation affiliated therewith (the "Corporation "). The hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers at the City Center, located at 515 Little Canada Road in the City. The project as proposed consists generally of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 97,000 square foot health care facility for the elderly (together with ancillary facilities and related site improvements, the "Project "), to be owned by the Corporation. The Project is to be located at 10030 Newton Avenue South in Bloomington, Minnesota. Under the proposal, up to approximately $8,000,000 in principal amount of revenue bonds of the City of Little Canada will be issued to finance the Project. At said time and place the City Council shall give all parties who appear an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposal to undertake and finance the Project. A draft copy of the proposed Application to the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development for the Project, together with all attachments and exhibits thereto, shall be available for public inspection, following publication of this notice, in the office of the City Administrator,.Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, from 8:00 o'clock A.M. to 4:30 o'clock P.M., to and including the date of hearing.
