We were <br />hesitant to contact you until several key factors were completed that <br />would allow us to move forward with the development. 1 am now <br />pleased to send you updated information regarding the status of the <br />project and the projected timeline for construction. <br />Presbyterian Homes and the City of Little Canada are committed to <br />providing affordable, quality housing for older adults and are jointly <br />working to develop a 92 unit apartment building on Market Street north <br />of Little Canada Road. Negotiations for the land are completed and we <br />are attempting to finalize additional planning steps and permanent <br />financing. If all goes well, it is anticipated that groundbreaking will be fall <br />1992 with opening in spring 1993. <br />The proposed building will include one and two bedroom rental <br />apartments, underground parking, beautiful common areas and a <br />community room for resident use. Specific apartment and building plans <br />are not yet available for distribution, but will be in the near future. I will <br />contact you as soon as they are available. Prices will also be available at <br />that time. <br />While I realize that you may have inquired about this development some <br />time ago 1 encourage you to take a look at the new Presbyterian Homes <br />of Little Canada.
