Also enclosed is a copy of the Minnesota Withholding IC -134 Form for <br />your use. <br />The project underran the original contract amount of $178,321.75 by 5.2 %. The difference in <br />contract costs is primarily due to a $8055 change order deduct for the use of stabilization fabric <br />in lieu of granular borrow and polyethylene storm sewer piping in lieu of concrete piping. <br />Project closeout had been delayed due to a dispute between a property owner and the' <br />contractor. The dispute has now been resolved. <br />The Contractor has completed the work in a satisfactory manner and we recommend final <br />payment in the amount of $3,381.32 as requested. Upon execution of the payment request, <br />please return one copy to our office and one copy to the Contractor.
