Also enclosed is a copy of the Minnesota Withholding IC -134 Form for <br />your use. <br />The project underran the original contract amount of $288,817.90 by 2.9 %. The difference in <br />contract costs is due to minor variations in contract quantities. <br />The Contractor has completed the work in a satisfactory manner and we recommend final <br />payment in the amount of $10,597.60 as requested. Upon execution of the payment request' <br />please return one copy to our office and one copy to the Contractor.
