ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 913 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />REGULATING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE SALES IN THE <br />WAREHOUSING AND INDUSTRIAL USE ZONING DISTRICTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Section <br />913.040, is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />913.040.G Motor Vehicle Sales Lots, provided that: <br />1. Outside services and sales are associated with a <br />principal use of at least one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet of building floor area. <br />2. The entire :ales lot and off - street parking area is <br />paved. <br />3. A minimum of three hundred eighty (380) square feet of <br />sales area per vehicle is provided. <br />4. Adequate off - street parking and off - street loading in <br />compliance with the requirements of Section 903.050 and <br />903.060 of this Ordinance is provided. <br />5. A perimeter curb is provided around the sales /parking <br />lot. <br />6. A strip of not less than five (5) feet adjacent to the <br />public right -of -way shall be landscaped and screened in <br />compliance with Section 903.020,G of this Ordinance. <br />Landscape plans for the proposed development shall be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Council and City <br />Staff. <br />7. Such use is not located within five hundred (500) feet of <br />residentially zoned property, nor within five hundred <br />(500) feet of a similar use. <br />8. No more than three (3) licenses will be issued at any one <br />time in the B -W, I -1, or I -P Districts in the City. <br />9. Licenses shall be subject to an annual review. <br />Section 2.
