This Item was reviewed by Roger Mohror, Division
Manager, Central Services Division and by the City Attorney and they concur that
the opinions of the Board are accurately conveyed.
We, as staff, think that as long as the City of Little Canada complies with the
terms of the Agreement, the permission to construct and maintain the trail will
continue to be given by the Board.
Please advise me of what action you plan to take in this matter. If you have any
questions, please contact me at 292 -6582.
Sincerely,
Stephen P. Schneider
Project Engineer
SPS /jml
Page 39
4TH FLOOR CITY HALL ANNEX -ST.
