Hanson Mike Lynch submitted a letter dated October 9, 1992 to the Mayor and Council on Ramsey County's Capital Improvement Program. I would suggest taking a different look at the rankings. The following are my suggestions: * Little Canada Road from Soo Line Railroad to County Road C should be dropped to the eighth or nineth position. Ramsey County ground and overlayed that road to bring its rating up high enough that no work should be done on that road for the next ten years (unless that portion falls apart). By moving that to the top of our ranking or attempting to include that in the Little Canada Road project from Rice to the Railroad, would jeopardize the latter projects ranking. This is due to the fact that the work that was done on the one section from the railroad tracks to County Road C would then change the ranking of the balance of the road as they would look at it as one complete project. * I would suggest leaving Keller Parkway from Edgerton to Arcade the #2 ranking that it has. However, I would move Arcade Street from Keller Parkway to County Road D up to the #1 position. * Little Canada Road from Centerville to Edgerton should be #3. I would like to see Centerville Road from Little Canada Road all the way around to Edgerton done in one complete project and address some of the drainage, turn lane and bike lane /walking paths concerns as #4. Next, I would like to see County Road B2 from Keller Parkway to Edgerton as #5. Page 1 ct;t:totot to
