In contacting the State Gambling Licensing <br />Division regarding the addition of bingo occasions, the only <br />requirement was to notify them of the new bingo occasion <br />schedule as an amendment to our lease with Movers Warehouse. <br />In addition to the amendment, in order to clarify how the <br />occasions became available, we included a letter. We have <br />enclosed a copy of the amendment as filed with the State. <br />We were not aware that the City also wanted this <br />information, but of course we are happy to provide it to <br />you. Since it was not necessary to make new premise Permit <br />application for this change, we did not proceed in that <br />manner. When the Little Canada Fire Dept. assumed some of <br />our occasions earlier in the year I believe the same process <br />was used with no approval of the City Council. <br />If I can provide any additional information, please let me <br />know. <br />R.
