Less objectionable to adjacent neighbors than <br />most other solutions. <br />2. Easy and economical to construct. <br />3. Reasonably good soil and drainage conditions. <br />4. No tree removal required. <br />5. Convenient to major fields. <br />6. Security and maintenance issues easily <br />monitored. <br />7. Good circulation within parking area. <br />8. Preserves the passive park area to the north. <br />DISADVANTAGES: 1. Minor relocation of the trail is required. <br />2. The future field (250' - 260' in length) is <br />shifted to the west with less space around the <br />perimeter of the field. <br />3.
