Designate (to the State) the full use of bond proceeds from the 1981 MSA Bonds with the <br />City's proposed LaBore Road Project. <br />5. Review City options relating to MSA financing and the timing thereof for the Bridge Repair, <br />Country Drive, and LaBore Road projects. <br />6. Transmit a copy of this report to the City Engineer for his information in planning for the uses <br />of future MSA Allotments. <br />7. If possible, make application for 1992 construction draw downs for City Project 1984 -13 <br />(Bridge Repair). <br />By The City Council: <br />1. Approve the overall plan conceptually. <br />2. Approve the continued draw down of annual MSA allotments for "past bond interest" for the <br />years 1993 through 1996 and the use of such monies as described herein. <br />3.
