Recording Sec. Kathy Glanzer
November 30, 1992
Mayor and Council Members
City of Little Canada
515 E. Little Canada Rd.
Little Canada, MN. 55117
Dear Mayor and Council Members:
I am not a candidate for reappointment to the Planning
Commission of the City of Little Canada. I am grateful
to have had the opportunity to serve the citizens and
businesses of the City of Little Canada for the past nine
years.
We are living in a very difficult and troubled time. I am
concerned about the moral direction of our nation, state, and
cities. It is going to take a great amount of courage on the
part of our leaders to keep our nation, states and cities on
a path of true moral leadership.
To Council Members Bill Blesener and Rick Collova, I want to
offer my thanks and gratitude for your years of dedication and
service to the community, and I ask God's blessings on you
and your families.
To Mayor Ray Hanson, Council Members Jim LaValle, Bev Scalze,
and to the newly elected Council Members Steve Morelan, and
Bob Pedersen, I also want to thank you for your dedication and
service to the community. I ask God's blessings on your future
deliberations and decisions so that we can move forward in a
direction that is right and good for-all the citizens of Little
Canada. My prayers are with you.
Gratefully,
Art Herkenhof
Member of the Planning Commission
Page 74
