As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Frattalone Companies. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $747,868.21. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $37,393.41 and previous payments of $190,818.14, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $519,656.66. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the utility work and a significant portion of the <br />site grading work on Pinetree Ponds along with the concrete, aggregate base, and <br />bituminous base lift on Spruce Street. We have inspected the work performed by <br />Frattalone Companies and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
