I-Ianson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Sharon Provos, Finance Director <br />DATE: August 9, 2013 <br />RE: Reimbursement Resolution <br />With the purchase of 2858 Centerville Road, Ehlers had advised us to adopt a <br />reimbursement resolution that will enable it to be part of a future financing package. <br />Mary Ippel of Briggs & Morgan has also informed us that if we enact the attached <br />resolution, it serves as a master document for future reimbursement situations. This <br />means we don't have to enact a separate resolution each time. Rather, we make a <br />"declaration" for each project. The Finance Director would be the person authorized to <br />complete each declaration as needed. <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution as prepared by Briggs & Morgan <br />with the understanding the Finance Director will complete a declaration for the purchase <br />of 2858 Centerville Road in association with the new Public Works building project. <br />1 <br />
