Hanson <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />LAKE STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />A resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of November, <br />1992, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement <br />of Lake Street from Jackson Street to Lakeshore Avenue by concrete <br />curb and gutter, and street reconstruction. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon the 15th day of <br />December, 1992, continued to the 13th of January, 1993, continued to <br />the 27th day of January, 1993, and continued again to the February <br />10, 1993 meeting at which all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 28th day of October, 1992. <br />2. Bonestroo & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this improvement. Bonestroo & Associates shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of February, 1993. <br />Raymond G.
