b. Partial Improvement. If the improvement which is <br />being assessed does not extend across the entire <br />frontage of a residential lot, the property will be <br />assessed only for the affected footage, also taking <br />into account previous similar assessments. <br />D. Multiple Residential (Other Than Single or Double Family <br />Residences) <br />1. General Guidelines. The above listed property types, <br />or any residential property other than single and <br />two - family residences will be assessed at a percentage <br />per unit of the minimum single family rate as follows: <br />More than 12 units: 14% of single - family minimum of 75 <br />feet (or 10 1/2 feet) times the number of units times the <br />percentage of total street frontage being improve. <br />12 units and under: 40% of the single - family minimum of <br />75 (or 30 feet) feet times the number of units times the <br />percentage of the total street frontage being improved. <br />2. Unusual Cases. A deviation might re required should <br />there be a condition where access to an abutting street <br />is specifically restricted by public conveyance or by law <br />or ordinance. <br />E. Church, School, Nursing Home, Commercial and Industrial <br />Property (All Property Other Than Residential) <br />1. All Abutting Footage. The facilities listed above are <br />classified as other than residential, and will be <br />assessed for all abutting footage at the commercial rate. <br />No corner lot or other allowance shall apply to these <br />properties. <br />2. Unusual Cases. A deviation in the assessment policy may <br />be required should there be a condition where access to <br />an abutting street is specifically prohibited /restricted <br />by public conveyance or by law or ordinance. <br />SECTION IV <br />ASSESSMENT DEFERRAL POLICY <br />Deferral of Special Assessments <br />A.
