St. Joseph's Society for Charity, Inc. <br />2944 Rice Street, Suite 400 <br />Little Canada, MN 55113 <br />(612) 490 -7640 <br />MINUTES OF MEMBERSHIP MEETING <br />MARCH 25, 1992 <br />The monthly membership meeting of St. Joseph's Society for <br />Charity, Inc., was held at 6:30 p.m. on the above date at the <br />Society's offices at 2944 Rice Street, Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Secretary Ceil Lamb reported to acting Chairperson Bill <br />Goyer that a quorum was present (14 members) and the quorum <br />participated throughout. <br />Also present was accountant Joon Kim. <br />Goyer then called the meeting to order. <br />Motion was made by Lois Blomberg and seconded by Pat Wilson <br />to waive the reading of the minutes of the February 25, 1992 meeting. <br />(However, copies of the minutes were passed on to the members <br />instead.) <br />The February, 1992 allowable expenses (attached hereto) were <br />presented. Motion made by Maggie Wilson and seconded by Jeff <br />Wilson to approve the expenses. Unanimously carried. <br />The ongoing expenses for March, 1992 (attached hereto) were <br />presented. Motion to approve the ongoing expenses made by Lois <br />Blomberg and seconded by Maggie Wilson. Unanimously carried. <br />The 501(c)(3) donations to be made in February were presented <br />to the members (attached). Motion made by Jeff Wilson and seconded <br />by Joanne Bares to approve. Unanimously carried. <br />Member Randy Hegner presented a request from the Minnesota <br />Teen Leadership Program for a donation to their program. Motion <br />made by Maggie Wilson to donate $500.00 to Minnesota Teen Leader- <br />ship Program. Seconded by Jeff Wilson. Unanimously carried. <br />Lois Blomberg put before the membership a proposed resolution <br />as follows: <br />RESOLVED: That in the event another of the charities <br />at the bingo hall is unable for any reason to work their <br />Page 24 <br />
