Hanson <br />Attached for your information is the Developer Deposit Fee Scheduled <br />adopted by the Council in December of 1990. Based on experience in <br />working with these fees, it has become apparent that the fee <br />initially being collected for subdivision request is too low, <br />resulting in large billings to developers after their request has <br />been acted upon. <br />Below I have listed the subdivision requests processed during 1991 <br />and 1992 and the costs associated with those requests: <br />1991 <br />1992 <br />Brausen (Variance and Res. Subdivision) <br />Sykes (Residential Subdivision Only) <br />Truscott (Res. Subdivision Only) <br />Salak (Res. Subdivision Only) <br />Votel (Res.
