EngemartIt <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council: <br />We have reviewed the Frattalone site located on the west side of Desoto Street, south of Allen <br />Avenue, We have the following concerns regarding the placement of an estimated 20,000 cubic <br />yards of fill on the property. <br />All trucking of the material to the site is to be via Allen Avenue, We recommend that the <br />applicant be responsible for any damage to existing curbing or Desoto Street surface that may <br />be caused by the fill operation, Any tracking of material onto the roadway must be cleaned <br />daily. The street should be swept on a need basis. <br />We recommend the installation of silt fence on the north property line along County Ditch 16 <br />and within property drainage swales to prevent any siltation of County Ditch 16, We <br />recommend that the property is to be mulched and seeded within 4 weeks of completion of the <br />fill operation. <br />The applicant is not intending to remove trees prior to the placement of the fill material, We <br />recommend that the applicant be required to remove any trees that die over the next 2 years <br />due to the placement of the fill material. <br />Debris on the site is to be removed in accordance with state and local requirements. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />7444we 4,444 <br />lvfichael C.
