Hanson
In 1990 the City entered into an agreement with Frank Frattalone to
allow the storage, stockpiling, and processing of aggregate materials
on his property locating on Country Drive through July 31, 1991. At
that point, the City agreed to allow another year for the storage of
processed materials only.
In 1991, Mr. Frattalone requested an extension of this time frame,
and the City Council extended the timeframe for storage, stockpiling
and processing to July 31, 1993. Storage of processed materials only
was extended to August 1, 1994.
I have attached a copy of the Development Contract and Amendment that
the City has entered into with Mr. Frattalone.
Mr. Frattalone has requested to address the City at Wednesday's
Council meeting regarding an extension of the agreed to time frame.
Page 42
