515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600
(612) 484-2177 / FAX: (612) 484 -4538
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor Hanson & Members of the City Council
FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator
DATE: July 23, 1993
RE: Use of City Hall by Bridge Club
MAYOR
Raymond G. Hanson
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Specifically, where do we draw the line as to who
can and cannot use the Council Chambers for meetings not
directly associated with the City? To that end, I would
like to see the Council take a definite stance as to how
the City Hall should be used by groups such as the Bridge
Club, Snowmobile Club, and TOPS. Based on your direction,
staff can administer building utilization.
We also have contacted The Mayfield regarding the
possibility of using their space for the Bridge Club.
Included in this request was the potential for expanding
Page` -1'10
