Hanson <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota will meet at 515 Little Canada Road in the City <br />Center in Little Canada, Minnesota at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter <br />as parties may be heard on the 29th day of July, 1993 to consider the <br />adoption of the following: <br />1. The establishment of a Redevelopment Project Area and adoption <br />of a Redevelopment Plan related thereto, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes 469.011 through 469.047. <br />2. The establishment of a Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 301 and adoption of Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />related thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 469.174 through <br />469.179. <br />The Redevelopment Area is a blighted area that contains substandard <br />or under - utilized property that cannot be redeveloped without <br />government assistance. The City will consider assisting private <br />redevelopment projects by providing land acquisition, relocation, <br />demolition and public improvements within the project area. Tax <br />increments from the new development would be the City's source of <br />funds to finance the public expenditures. <br />- MAP - <br />The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen view and input <br />upon the proposed project. Written and oral comments will be taken. <br />Copies of the Municipal Development District Plan and Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan are on file with the City Administrator and are <br />available to the public at 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, <br />Minnesota between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday <br />through Friday. <br />Pa 0 13 <br />Hanson, City Administrator <br />
