EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />June 23, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 23rd <br />day of June, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DIVISION NO. DA064246 AS REQUESTED BY RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, <br />The property owner of Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -44 -0031 has requested that <br />this property, which were previously combined for tax purposes, be <br />once again separated into two lots; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has processed this lot separation, and has requested <br />that the Council reapportion the existing assessments against the <br />property; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby approves the <br />reapportionment of assessments as follows: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT - <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -44 -0031 <br />Sanitary Sewer DP #0032 AUD #0425 - $52.76 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT - <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -44 -0038 - $52.76 <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -44 -0039 - None <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaVaile, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Council this 23rd day of June, 1993. <br />Page 37 <br />
