After discussing the revision with <br />Mr. Frattalone, I have been authorized to inform you that he is not willing to agree to the first <br />two sentences of the second paragraph of paragraph 10. The proposed limitation on the <br />assignability of the rights granted to Mr. Frattalone by this paragraph was not discussed at the <br />time of the hearing and would be unduly burdensome to Mr. Frattalone.
