The required <br />appearances on behalf of the City of Little Canada will be <br />approximately 6 days every 16 weeks. <br />As we discussed on June 14, 1993, our office will attempt to <br />record all pertinent information so that by the end of the year <br />some determination may be made of the benefits of this system. <br />Since the legal services necessary to attend these <br />arraignments were not contemplated at the time we proposed the <br />Retainer Agreement, I would propose that the legal services <br />rendered relative to the attendance at these arraignments will <br />included in the paragraph entitled "Services not included the <br />retainer ".
