White Bear Lake - <br />Civic and local residents' groups are allowed the use of City meeting <br />room facilities as are political groups. Any group that is charging <br />a fee or selling a product cannot use City meeting rooms. The City <br />had a problem some years before when this was allowed are residents <br />felt it was an indication that the City was endorsing a product or <br />service. <br />Falcon Heights - <br />See attached policy. <br />Page 5 <br />
