The primary considerations are discussed briefly below: <br />Easements. The Subdivision Ordinance requires easements for <br />utilities of at least six feet in width to be provided along all <br />lot lines. The proposal does show a 6 foot utility and drainage <br />easement along all property lines, therefore, the requirement is <br />met. <br />Lot Access. Both lots will gain access off of Rose Place.
