Hanson CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little Canada will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 1993, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 East Little Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following improvements: IMPROVEMENT NO. 92 -5 - Public hearing begins at 7:00 P.M. LaBore Road between the east line of DeSoto Street to the west line of Edgerton Street by street reconstruction and storm sewer improvements. Amount to be assessed is $63,829.29. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels and tracts of land abutting said street. IMPROVEMENT NO. 92 -11 - Public hearing begins at 7:30 P.M. Vanderbie Street lying between the north line of LaBore Road and the south line of Alien Avenue, and Allen Avenue lying between the east line of DeSoto Street and the west line of Edgerton Street by storm sewer, water main, concrete curb and gutter and street reconstruction. Amount to be assessed is $307,609.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. IMPROVEMENT NO. 92 -3 - Public hearing begins at 8:30 P.M. Edgerton Street from the north line of Little Canada Road to County Road D, County Road D from the east line of Edgerton Street to the west line of Payne Avenue, and Keller Parkway north from Little Canada Road approximately 500 feet by water main improvement. Amount to be assessed is $287,715.85. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. IMPROVEMENT NO. 92 -10 - Public hearing begins at 9:30 P.M. Costa Lane between DeSoto Street and DeSoto Street by storm sewer, water main, sanitary sewer, concrete curb and gutter, and bituminous street construction. Amount to be assessed is $210,105.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City Administrator. Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision 2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the Hearing. oe <RP. - Page 1
