Moravetz
476 Allen Ave.
Subject: Allen Ave Assessments
Dear Mr. Hanson,
I will be unable to attend the scheduled assessment meeting on October
12, 1993 for business travel reasons and would like you to read this letter at
the meeting and in front of the council members so it will be entered into the
minutes.
I am requesting that the city of Little Canada consider reduce or adjust
my assessments accordingly for services not rendered during the restoration
phase of the construction. My driveway entrance was not final graded
(resloped) or blacktoped at the time the others in the area had theirs done by
Valley Paving. I hired separate contractors (Frattalone and Quality
Blacktop) to complete the final grading and blacktop my driveway and I have
receipts for the work performed.
I am not asking to be reimbursed for my entire cost just the dollar amount
of the "driveway entrance ". When Valley Paving was in the area they had
estimated the restoration costs at approximately $300.00 to $350.00.
Post -It'm brand fax transmittal memo 7671
*or pages s /
TO roe!
