Hanson NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little Canada will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 1993, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 East Little Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following improvements: IMPROVEMENT NO. 92 -14 - Public hearing begins at 7:30 P.M. Nadeau Road between Country Drive and Condit Street by concrete curb and gutter and street reconstruction. Amount to be assessed is $18,241.50. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels and tracts of land abutting said street. IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -7 - Public hearing begins at 7:30 P.M. Little Canada Road between McMenemy Road to Edgerton Street by storm drainage facilities. Amount to be assessed is $19,164.66. The area proposed to be assessed is the Ramsey County right -of -way and Parcel #05- 29 -22 -34 -0017. IMPROVEMENT NO. 91 -11 - Public hearing begins at 8:00 P.M. Improvement of streets within Ryan Industrial Park. Amount to be assessed is $136,261.40. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City Administrator. Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision 2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the Hearing.
