THE DATE ON THE MEMORANDUM <br />IS THE 28TH OF AUGUST, 1979. IT STATES THAT WE MUST RESUBDIVIDE INTO ONE <br />PROPERTY. THIS IN TURN DENIED US THE RIGHT TO BUILD OR SELL OFF THE EDGERTON <br />STREET PORTION OF THE PROPERTY. <br />AT THE WATER HEARING LAST FALL WE QUESTIONED THE COST ON THE PROPERTY. IT WAS <br />POINTED OUT THAT THE CHARGE WOULD BE PER LOT OR FRONTAGE FOOT. AT THAT TIME <br />I BROUGHT UP OUR SITUATION OF TWO FRONTAGES. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED <br />PER LOT OR ONLY ONE FRONT FOOTAGE. <br />ACCORDING TO THE TWO LETTERS WE RECEIVED, WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR 2 FRONTAGES. <br />WE WILL PAY THE COUNTY ROAD D STREET SIDE AS THAT IS OUR LEGAL ADDRESS. <br />WE WILL BE OUT OF TOWN ON THE DATE OF THE HEARING AND WOULD LIKE THIS MATTER <br />TO BE CLEARED UP. <br />PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. <br />20 <br />SINCERELY, <br />EDWARD MCCUMBER <br />
