EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 16, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada met in regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, <br />the 16th day of December, 1993 at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Hanson, Morelan, Pedersen, <br />LaValle, and Scalze; and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1994 BONDED INDEBTEDNESS <br />TAX LEVY REDUCTIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />City Staff presented to the Council the following proposed bonded <br />indebtedness tax levy for 1994 which involve some reductions to Debt <br />Levy: <br />Bonded Debt: <br />1966 Special Assessment Bonds 40,427.00 <br />1967 Special Assessment Bonds 42,958.00 <br />1978 Special Assessment Bonds .00 <br />1983 G.O. Improvement Bonds .00 <br />1985 Refunding Bonds 80,300.00 <br />1986 G. O. Storm Sewer .00 <br />1990 Fire Station Installment Contract 145,000.00 <br />1992 G.O. Storm Sewer Refunding Bonds 177,458.00 <br />1993B G.O. Refunding Bonds 93,012.00 <br />TOTAL $579,155.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />1. 1966 Special Assessment Bonds ($1,600M) <br />Proposed Levy $47,600.00 <br />Reduced - 7,173.00 <br />Amended Levy $40,427.00 <br />There is hereby irrevocably appropriated the sum of $7,173.00 which <br />shall be credited to the debt service funds of the Bonds of 1966, and <br />the County Auditor is hereby authorized and instructed to reduce by <br />the amount mentioned above that tax which would be included in the <br />roll for the year 1993 collectable 1994. <br />Page 72 <br />
