5. Trees, shrubs, or ground covers shall meet the <br />standards of the American Association of Nurserymen. <br />6. Regular maintenance of said landscaping, as dictated by <br />the site conditions (soils, climate, groundwater, etc.) <br />shall be required. Failure of said landscaping to <br />consistently comply with and meet the intent of this <br />section shall constitute a violation of this Ordinance. <br />*7 No trees or plantings other than sod shall be placed in <br />the public right -of -way, except by the governing <br />jurisdiction. <br />*8.
