Hanson <br />At the council meeting of December 15, 1992, your request <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the continued <br />existence of the stockpiled material at the above <br />referenced property was denied. A July 1 1993 deadline for <br />removal of the remaining material was imposed. While I am <br />aware that progress has been on -going regarding the removal <br />of the material, it is obvious that the July 1st deadline <br />was not met and that at the current rate, total removal of <br />the material will not occur for some time. <br />Therefore, the purpose of this letter is to inform you that <br />the current conditions existing on your property are a <br />violation of city ordinance. I would ask that you provide <br />me with your plan for completion of this activity in order <br />that I can furnish it to the city council to see if they <br />want to grant an extension for this process from the July <br />1st date. I would like this information by November 9, <br />1993 in order that it can be discussed at a November 10 <br />council meeting. <br />Please get back to me within this time period. <br />Sincerely, <br />Joel R.
