Support Groups Support groups for battered women and their children are free and confidential. Free child care is available and transporta- tion may also be arranged. WOMEN'S GROUPS COTTAGE GROVE: Wednesday evenings 7-8:30 p.m. LAKE ELMO' Wednesday morning 9:30 -11 a.m. Thursday evenings 7 -8:30 p.m. WHITE BEAR LAKE: Tuesday evenings 7 -8:30 p.m. CHILDREN'S GROUPS For children ages 5 -12. The group attends to the needs of children who have witnessed family violence and of children who are unaware of the violence in their home. Groups are held at the same places and times as the women's support groups. TIME OUT Offers single parent families aplace to drop their children off while they get a break from parenting. Parents will be asked to donate back an hour of time for every hour of care received.
