RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />555 LITTLE CANADA ROAD UTILITY IMPROVEMENT <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2013-20 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A certain petition requesting the improvement of 555 Little Canada Road by municipal <br />water and sanitary sewer service was duly presented to the Council on the 11°i day of <br />September, 2013; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 11, 2013, a report has been <br />prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br />received by the Council; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of <br />real property abutting upon the street named as the location of the improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted September 11, 2013. <br />3. Lee Elfering & Associates is hereby designated as the City Engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br />of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 11 h day of September, 2013. <br />Attest: <br />Joel R.
