As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $181,431.40. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $9,071.57, the amount due the Contractor is $172,359.83. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for reclamation of the bituminous shoulders for <br />underground utility installation and the installation of the majority of the storm sewer, <br />watermain modifications, and utility extensions. We have inspected the work performed <br />by FPI and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract <br />documents.
