As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Frattalone Companies. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $842,708.57. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $42,135.43 and previous payments of $710,474.80, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $90,098.34. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the street and pond grading, gravel placement, <br />and curb installation on the Pinetree Pond development along with the restoration work <br />on Spruce Street.
