In the attached table and graphic, staff has identified a summary of <br />those changes — the changes to the table that are most significant from those <br />discussions are highlighted. The intent of this material is to consider the substance of <br />these ideas, leading to the adoption of ordinance requirements (including a table and <br />diagram such as the attached). <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission is asked to review the material, and comment on any <br />changes or issues that are of concern, and send the recommendations on to the City <br />Council, provided a consensus can be reached on the various items. <br />The table and diagram approach was devised with the hope that we would be able to <br />consolidate all of the elements of the code in a single format that could be examined <br />either by the type of equipment being kept, or the location a property owner may have to <br />keep something.
