Hanson <br />Dan Slain has submitted his resignation from the Parks & Recreation Commission effective <br />immediately. Slain has accepted ajob out -of- state. Slain has served on the Commission since <br />since 2009, and his current term extends through December of 2014. <br />Rather than fill this vacancy immediately, it would be staff's recommendation that it be <br />advertised along with those terms that expire at the end of 2013. This vacancy will be advertised <br />as a one -year term. <br />
