VZW Project/Site Name: Craig's List <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />The undersigned is the land owner or agent of the land owner ( "Land Owner ") of the <br />property, premises or easement (the "Property ") described as follows: <br />Registered Owner & Address: City of Little Canada <br />53 South Owasso Blvd W, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Parcel ID #: 06.29.2222.0017 <br />Legal Description: N 253 6/10 Ft Of S 486 1/10 Ft Of Part Ely Of Soo Line Rr R/w Of Nw 1/4 Of <br />Nw 1/4 (subj To Esmts) In Sec 6 Tn 29 Rn 22 <br />Consent- The Land Owner does hereby grant permission to Verizon Wireless and its <br />agents, employees, consultants and representatives (herein individually and collectively referred <br />to as "Verizon Wireless "), for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of this <br />consent, to enter onto the Property and contiguous property owned or controlled by the Land <br />Owner for the purpose of performing an inspection of the Property, including surveys, a structural <br />strength analysis, subsurface boring tests, an environmental site assessment, and any other <br />activities as Verizon Wireless may deem necessary, at the sole cost of Verizon Wireless. Copies <br />of any such reports will be forwarded to the City of Little Canada within 30 days. <br />Each Party shall indemnify and hold the other harmless against any claim of liability or <br />loss from personal injury or property damage resulting from or arising out of the negligence or <br />willful misconduct of the indemnifying Party, its employees, contractors or agents, except to the <br />extent such claims or damages may be due to or caused by the negligence or willful misconduct <br />of the other Party, or its employees, contractors or agents. <br />Verizon and its contractors or agents will restore the premises to its original condition, <br />reasonable wear and tear excepted. <br />In addition, Verizon Wireless may remove samples of the soil from the Property.
